How do I buy a photo?

Step 1 – Select a photo

From a Warner Village Theme Park gallery, click on an album cover to view the photos inside.
Click the box Add to Cart underneath each of the photos you wish to buy.

Step 2 – Purchase photo

Click on the Buy Selected Items button to add the photos to your shopping cart.

Follow the steps through the shopping cart process to complete your purchase

What is an eCard?

A Warner Village Theme Park eCard is simply a greeting that includes a photo of your choice and a message that you can customise. This greeting is sent as an email. Sending an Ecard

Step 1 – Select a photo

From a Warner Village Theme Park gallery, click on an album cover to view the photos inside.
Click on the link Send as Photo eCard underneath the photo you wish to send.
Step 2 – Choose a recipient and message

Type in the recipient’s name in the To Name field and recipient’s email address in the To Email field. To enter in more than one email address, separate the addresses with a comma and one space.
Type in a subject and message for your eCard in the Subject and Message fields.
Type in your name in the From Name field and your email address in then From Email field.
Step 3 - Send

Click on the Send Now button to send your Ecard.
To send the same Warner Village Theme Park eCard to a different person, just click on New Recipient and change the recipients name and email address accordingly.
Click on Finish to return to the Warner Village Theme Park Photo Centre homepage.

How do I return damaged goods?

If your order arrived damaged, please email our customer service team at returns@fujicolor.com.au and quote your order number (your order number is displayed on screen and sent to your email address after successfully completing your order online).

If you do need to make a return, simply send your order - in the original packaging if possible - along with the Order Summary to the following address:
